I fell asleep thinking about this last night. Is frugal just frugal or does it depend on one’s means? If two people get the same great deal on an item but one person’s means are greater, are they both frugal or is one frugal and the other poor? Or is one just frugal by choice and the other frugal by necessity?

So, what do you think? Is frugal frugal or does a person’s means affect whether or not their purchase is a frugal one or not? And are some things not frugal no matter what one’s means are? So a person can afford to buy 10 Hummers doesn’t mean just buying one makes the gas and road hog frugal, right?

Thoughts? Other than that I’ve maybe had too much coffee and make no sense?
